WCAC Stud Service Auction
Held in conjuction with the WCAC Fleece and Composite Shows
In an effort to support our industry and promote the exchange of genetics, we offer our Stud Service Auction. Each farm that offers a stud service in the auction will receive a percentage back from the final bid of their stud.
You do not need to be present at the show to offer a stud. You do not need to be present at the show to bid on a stud service.
Payment shall be made to AABC and all arrangements for the breeding shall be made between the offering farm and the final winning bidder.
Stud Service Auction 2023
For 2023, the Stud owner of each successful bid will receive 20% back. All bids will be placed in person or by proxy September 9, 2023 during the Saturday evening Social (to be held under the show tent). Minimum bid is $600, with increments of $50. The Auction will close at 6:30pm PDT.

Amber Autumn Kache Out has it all. His conformation is exceptional and his fleece is the icing on the cake. Kache Out has outstanding crimp definition and density as well as the most beautiful hand. Kache Out sheared 11.3 lbs of fleece for approx.. 11 months growth. His 2023 after shearing weight was 166 lbs. This is such a well behaved male that has done extremely well in the show ring receiving a Supreme Champion of show award along with some Grand and Reserve Championships. We started breeding Kache Out in 2023 so his first offspring will arrive in 2024.

TnC Farms is pleased to offer a breeding to Arriba Genuine. He is a beautifully proportioned male with long staple length, very good uniformity of fineness along with crimp and density. He is a light fawn, has plenty of colour in his background and has been throwing crias with the fleece colour of their dams for the most part. In white to dark brown so far. One of his first daughters won brown reserve colour champion at the spring shows in Camrose.
The big benefit that Genuine brings to the table is that he is unrelated to the majority of alpacas in western Canada.

Bocelli is a former Supreme Champion with a very consistent production record in multiple areas. He continues to sport an organized, soft, and dense fleece, with excellent regrowth even into his 11th year. His EPD's illustrate his capacity to improve fleece qualities broadly, with him scoring in the upper percentiles for EPD's in 6 of 8 traits, and still sporting great numbers for those remaining 2 categories. His offspring not only remain competitive in the halter and fleece rings, but consistently demonstrate above average fleece lengths and total fleece weights, with highly organized, uniform fleeces even into maturity.

His 2023 histogram reads: AFD 21.9 SD 3.6 CV 16.3 %<30 1.8 MC 54.5 .... not too shabby for a 13 year old! Titan passes on fineness, brightness, good crimp, good conformation and head, and significant staple length. Judge Ken Hibbits commented on his offspring’s impressive staple length, numerous times, during the 2023 A.L.P.A.C.A. Spring Show in Camrose.
